Lauren Bagley
Finance Director
Lauren began working with non-profits while attending Montana State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Magna cum laude. She sat for the CPA in 1992 and continued her financial education by focusing on courses in Internal Audit and System Continuous Improvement. She has been providing financial services to a variety of businesses, both for-profit and non-profit, for over 30 years. Lauren has worked in non-profits as a Managing Director as well as CFO. She has extensive experience focusing on system improvements, databases and strengthening internal controls for various aspects of any business, as well as strategic growth plans.
She joined J Bar J in 2015, where she is responsible for the design, development and implementation of many financial aspects of J Bar J’s reporting, both financial as well as human resources. Lauren recently received the President’s Award from the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association for her decades-long work in advocacy for recreational safety.
Lauren spends her free time with her family fly fishing, foraging for forest edibles, camping, hiking and exploring the Pacific Northwest, and most importantly, trips to her homeland, Vancouver Island Canada.
