Sandy joined J Bar J in 2001 and has been a dedicated team member over the past 24 years. Sandy began as direct care staff in a residential setting and held several positions within the agency: Resident Monitor, Case Manager, Program Manager/Director, CPI Instructor, and is currently the Equine Director and Staff Development Coordinator.
Over the past 24 years, Sandy has been afforded the opportunity to work with and consult with experts in the community and around the country in pursuit of studied and supported best practices. Sandy has worked hard to develop treatment programs and staff development programs that are in line with these practices.
