Breanne Barrett holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science from Oregon State University and joined J Bar J Youth Services in 2018 after working at Central Oregon’s largest mass shelter, The Bethlehem Inn, where she supported adults transitioning from the criminal justice system. She brings extensive experience in both shelter and community-based programming, and has worked tirelessly with homeless, street-dependent, and trafficked youth.

At JBJYS, Breanne has provided case management for youth in emergency shelter, conducted outreach to street-involved youth, and strengthened community partner connections. In 2020, she transitioned to the at:project Program Manager role, where she applied her exceptional case management skills while leading program development, supervising staff, and managing budgets. In recognition of her leadership and vision, Breanne was promoted to Program Director of the at:project in 2023. In this role, she continues to build a sustainable, survivor-centered anti-trafficking program that has expanded to support an increasing number of identified trafficking survivors.

Breanne is an active leader in local and state anti-trafficking efforts. She serves on the advisory committee for the Anti-Trafficking Alliance of Central Oregon and participates in multiple statewide groups, including the Oregon Department of Justice Labor Trafficking Subcommittee, the Coordinated Entry System Subcommittee, and the Domestic Violence Council. She is recognized for her ability to create positive work environments, build strong teams, resolve conflict, and foster effective collaborations with individuals and community partners at every level.
