A New Support Center for J Bar J Youth Services

For decades, J Bar J Youth Services’ administration building has supported the work of helping young people overcome challenges and build brighter futures. Today, as our programs continue to grow and evolve, we have an opportunity to invest in the future of our organization—and the youth we serve.

We are building a new Support Center on the J Bar J Boys Ranch campus that will bring administrative and support services together under one roof, creating a more efficient, collaborative workspace for the teams that keep our programs running every day.

But this project is about much more than a new building.

Moving our administrative team into the new Support Center will allow us to transform the current administration building into much-needed housing for youth participating in programs at J Bar J Boys Ranch. This change will increase our capacity to serve young people and create additional space for youth working toward independence, stability, and self-sufficiency.

The new Support Center will also provide dedicated meeting space, workstations for visiting ~ program staff, and improved collaboration among the teams that support our continuum of services across Central Oregon. By bringing people together and reducing operational barriers, we can direct more energy and resources toward what matters most: helping youth thrive.

This investment will strengthen J Bar J Youth Services for decades to come, ensuring we can continue providing mentorship, shelter, housing, education, workforce development, family support, anti-trafficking services, and other critical programs for youth and families throughout our region.
